Susie Rowan is an inspiring leader whose life's journey has impacted countless individuals globally. With a career rooted in faith, community leadership, and a deep commitment to serving others, Susie will share her insights on living a purpose-driven life, the power of faith in action, and how we can all contribute to a stronger, more connected community.
Susie's unique perspective comes from over a decade as Executive Director and CEO of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), where she led this global ministry to exponential growth. Her leadership took her across continents, from establishing Bible study groups in Brazil to planting new ministries in India, shaping her vision for faith, service, and unity. Susie’s journey—starting from her roots right here in Kansas City—reflects a life dedicated to God’s calling and her passion for bringing people together in prayer and service.

Now retired, Susie remains an active voice in our community, speaking at local churches and continuing to teach the Bible, while also serving on the boards of significant organizations such as Made to Flourish and Pacific Theological Seminary. Our Impact
For more than thirty years, the Olathe Community Prayer Breakfast has fostered a rich history of providing an annual opportunity for the Olathe Community to come together for a morning of reflection and spiritual renewal.

Our tradition continued in 2024 with nearly 500 people and 60 organizations joining together for a morning of praise, prayer, and inspiration. In addition, through your generous support, the OCPB donated $ 14,000 to the Olathe Mayor’s Children’s Fund.
